Well, 2014 is almost at an end, and I’ve been quite busy!

Tickitech’s 2014 accomplishments

Over the past year Tickitech has;

For Home Users…

  • Helped recover over 20 gigabytes of someone’s critical lost data from a badly corrupted Windows file system.
  • Gotten rid of tons of malware from lots of home user’s PC’s
  • Helped solve home user’s network problems
  • Given someone a tutorial on Mail Merging in Microsoft Word

 

For SMEs…

  • Helped solve network problems
  • Helped with Printer problems and printer set-ups
  • Helped with Server problems
  • Helped with hardware problems
  • Gave consultation on IT issues

 

Software…

Published a new Open Source application : XRDPConfigurator – a GUI application for configuring your Xrdp server.
